4 weeks old!!

We celebrated her 4 week birthday by taking her to the zoo with Jana and Cannon Johnson. However, she slept through the whole trip so no pics. Sorry! I took her to the mall Monday and had her picture made with the Easter Bunny. Still snoozin...but I figure next year she won't be so complacent about the big bad bunny so it was worth it. I also picked up a few deals at a local church's kids clothing sale. Check out her Old Navy jumper! SO cute! I thought the bank would appreciate the shot of her in her Memphis Tiger Fan t-shirt. ;) Oh yea, and Brian and I crossed a major milestone, Kenzie started sleeping in her crib this week!

Bath Time!

We gave Kenzie her first real bath! She didn't freak out, but gave us some crazy looks! Nana and I took her outside to enjoy some fresh air while we weeded the flowerbeds. Kenzie was stylin' in her shades!

Two weeks old!

Kenzie's two weeks old! She had her check up friday and weighed in at a hefty 7 lbs. 4 oz! Doc says she looks and sounds great! Her Grandma and Grandpa came to spend part of the weekend with us. They brought lots of love from Linden, TN. Nana came later that weekend and got ready to spend the week with us and Uncle Van.

Yes it's a little crazy the number of pics I already have of our baby girl. We actually have hundreds already, but these are some of the best. Even Ace made it into a couple!

1st Week Home!

Our first week home was wild!! Kenzie had jaundice and had to stay on a biliblanket for 3 days. We had to make daily trips to the hospital to have her bilireuben levels checked. She had to have her heel pricked each time and neither she nor mommy like that much!! By friday (her one week birthday!) she was much better. Kenzie's days consist of feeding, burping (or tooting!), sleeping, and the occasional few minutes of play time with us and visitors! She is the BEST baby!!!

New Baby!

Kenzie arrived 4 weeks early on March 2, 2007 at 6:32pm! She weighed 6 lbs. 14 oz. and was 19 inches long and had a head full of dark hair (like mommy!). As our first born and the first grandchild on both sides, she'll be properly spoiled!!!
