Yep, that's Kenzie! It's also where I took her tonight for her second haircut!
We had a girls night out and it was SO much fun!!!!
This place is definitely worth the money in my opinion. When we walked in, Kenzie's eyes just almost popped out of her head from all of the bright colors! The stylists were very nice and friendly to her. She practically hopped up in the chair (just her size and sparkly pink!). When I called and made the appointment, they asked what movie I thought she'd like and I said Tinkerbell. So they had it playing while she got her hair trimmed. (That's what she's staring at so intently). I couldn't get over how she just hopped up in the chair and had no qualms about the cape OR the clips holding her hair up! Not that she was upset when she had her hair cut the first time, but she was nervous then and I had to hold her. Today she was Miss Professional! Like she has this done "all the time". It was hysterical!
Then, as if a spritz of sparkly and "cupcake scent" in her hair wasn't enough to thrill her, Beth painted a glittery purple star on her cheek and put a sparkly "Sweet & Sassy Star" on her hand! She just prissed around like she owned the place.
We will DEFINITELY be back! (Oh, and I forgot to mention she got a sucker from Beth for being so good and I bought her the bracelet she just HAD to have...
we have to accessorize, you know!)
(Here's a BEFORE....and AFTER pic for dramatic effect)
Well, of course we had to go to the mall to show off her new look. So we had dinner at Chick Fil A, bought a couple of new outfits at the Disney Store, and went for a spin on the carousel. All of the sales associates ooh'd and aah'd appropriately. ;)
To finish out a great girls night, we shared a scoop of cookies and cream from Baskin Robbins. Minnie didn't want anything. Whew! Can't wait for next time!
Anyone want to join us?
