We finally got his room ready!! If he were to be born this week, he'd at least have a place to sleep! We have the screws in the wall above his bed so when the time comes we can just put the letters up! I have all of this clothes in the appropriate drawers, but still need to organize them by size. I was too worn out to get to that today. But soon I hope! We're using a few things from Kenzie nursery, but wanted a little bit different look for the new baby. Kristin made the tie-backs for the curtains out of the valence that came with the bedding set. (The valence didn't look right.) So I LOVE how the tie-backs tie into the rest of the decor!! Thank you, Aunt Kristin!!! We also need to move the blanket chest back into the room but that was too heavy for Brian to move by himself. Maybe one weekend when we have more help.
We also registered today at Babies R' Us and Target for a few essentials.
It was a very productive weekend!!
