With Brian still recovering from his surgery and a new baby at home, we didn't want to go far for Thanksgiving. Thankfully, Van and Kristin wanted to have us all over to their house for the occasion! I brought cranberry-apple casserole and a pumpkin cheesecake. Don't ask me to make the pumpkin cheesecake. It was a new recipe I was trying and it was AWFUL!!! Though, it's probably just because I'm not that skilled at baking. The casserole was delicious though!
