The first week in November (and October 31st), Kenzie went with Brian, his parents, and Aunt D to Morgan City, Louisiana for a Bassmaster tournament. I HATE when they leave me alone, but love the stories she comes home with!
We got to talk every night too so I survived. haha
I think that's a lemon tree (bush?) that was right outside their door!
I think they stayed at a cabin right on the water so she got the play at the beach alot.
Yes, that's a real squirrel and yes, it is eating out of her hand.
My daughter is fearless. But even Super Girl needs a nap now and then. I love this sunset picture of her standing on Brian's boat with the water behind her. Great shot. Really shows her personality.
What, you thought she'd forgotten Gigi? NEVER.
I think they visited a couple of oil rigs and maybe a shrimp boat? I didn't have a commentator when I was going through these pictures. I think that's a milk moustache on Kenzie. I don't have any idea what else it could be,
but I'm constantly being surprised by them!
And they have tame raccoons too apparently! I hope these animals have been vaccinated! I know Brian and his team took care of the ones in east TN,
but I don't know about Louisiana!
I love all the spanish moss. There was alot of that in New Orleans when Brian and I
were there in 2001 (when he proposed!!).
Oh yea! The reason they were there...the tournament! If you couldn't tell from the previous pictures it was fairly pleasant during the day,
but pretty cold at night and EARLY in the morning.
Brian had help weighing in the second day. She took it very seriously. Of course she chattered away until the guy starting talking directly to her, then she clammed up. Typical.
Worn out and headed home to me. Finally!!
I miss them like CRAZY when they're gone!
