NO, I didn't really trash my dress. That's apparently what these sessions are called once you're already married. And supposedly some people really do trash their wedding dress! I heard about one girl going "muddin" on her four wheeler, another eating ribs, one jumping in the river, among others, but I just couldn't do that to the dress that made me feel like a princess on my wedding day...
and then again on a cloudy day in October 7.5 years later!
However, the weather was COMPLETELY different this time! On July 6, 2002 it was almost 100 degrees and the sun was shining without a cloud in the sky.
This session took place mid-October on probably the first cold day of fall (probably 50 degrees? seriously.) and it was completely overcast. But that made for better lighting and at least I wasn't miserable and sweating! It was SOOOOO much fun. I wore my jacket between sets and Courtney and Jason had hand warmers for me!
Brian's boots were warm too!!
It really was so much fun and Courtney and Jason are really great to work with.
