Happy New Year!!

It's become a tradition for Katie to come to Tennessee after Christmas and spend New Years with us! We always have a great time! She enjoyed meeting Caden (though he was pretty fussy the first day, very congested) and he had lots of smiles for her.

She gave him this adorable hat with his name on it for Christmas!

And she spoiled Kenzie this Christmas with a mail bag (complete with letters!) and handmade dressup jewelry and her own slice and bake cookies set!

I have come to expect my yearly desk calendar. Its always full of her amazing pictures and I think of her every time I turn over a new month!

Memphis Christmas

We came home from Linden on Christmas Eve so that we could wake up on Christmas morning in our own beds. Once Van and Kristin have kids, our tradition may change a little, but for now, this works for us. See the white dusting on the ground there? That's snow. Oh yea, we had a WHITE CHRISTMAS, BABY!! Technically anyway. Hey! It counts!

I'm not sure if I got this for her or myself. It's my favorite!

She had been telling me for at least a couple of months that Pop needed a new coffee cup with Caden on it, so that's what we gave Pop and Grandpa.

Some Christmas love for Ace!

This was her big Christmas present. A Loving Family Doll House!! Thank you, Nana and Pop!! She plays with it ALL the time!

Our friends Kyle and Tiffany Flippin came from Knoxville to visit his family and stopped in to see our newest addition!

The stuff all over her face is red glitter. Isn't she glamorous?!

Van and Kristin brought over their Just Dance II Wii game for us to play. It was SO much fun!!!!

Van and Kristin gave Kenzie a chest full of dress up clothes! She absolutely positively LOVES playing dress up so it's perfect!!

Linden Christmas

Sorry it's taken me so long to update the blog. Life with two kids is MUCH busier! But here's a start on Christmas! Kenzie's 4th birthday is coming up next week so I'll try to get you updated soon!

Granny Mae gave Kenzie her first Barbie! That's pretty special to me, since I was a Barbie NUT!

Barbara and Rick have worked so hard on Granny and Aunt Vicki's house! They wanted Kenzie and Caden's hands and feet in the cement by the AC unit.

Caden's feet look more like little blobs because he kept curling up his toes. It was COLD!

He was in such a good mood when we took him over to Vicki's to meet everyone!

He smiled at Aunt Deb alot!

Kenzie and Gracie always have a big time together!
