Happy Halloween!

Kenzie's favorite part of Halloween is Zoo Boo, and she was so excited to show Caden everything!

Happy 1st Birthday, Caden!!!

Ok, I don't have the birthday pictures on this disk and wanted to post some birthday pictures before yall started beating down my door! So here are a few pictures from Tuesday, his ACTUAL birthday! We went to Old Venice Pizza Co. with Nana and Pop. He had a very nice dinner! He loved the spinach artichoke dip and pineapple and ham pizza!!

Nana and Pop gave him the school bus and we've been hearing it HONK ever since!

Kenzie is such a big helper!

Here are just a few shots from the last day or two. Yesterday morning I caught him playing under the end table and it reminded me of a few pictures that Mom has of me doing the same thing!

Caden's a big help with the cleaning. He's very meticulous about getting under all of the furniture!

Beautiful AND Smart!!

Kenzie learned a new song at preschool this week! However, her brother doesn't like to share the spotlight and wasn't happy that I plopped him in the pack n' play so that I could shoot the video. Try to tune him out while you enjoy her song!

1st Day of Preschool!!

Today is a HUGE milestone!! Kenzie started preschool today at Oak Elementary! When we found out I would be transferring to Oak as the financial secretary, it was an answered prayer since we knew Kenzie would probably go to Oak for Kindergarten. But then we found out she could come to preschool there as a typical peer in a SPED preschool class. We have been so blessed!!!!

Caden didn't look to sure about all of us walking away from Heather's this morning.

Breakfast time! Actually, she eats breakfast at home and has a snack when I drop her off. Today, a cherry nutrigrain bar!

Kenzie and Ethan won't get to sit together every morning because they aren't in the same class. Today was an exception. I hope they have recess together at least!

My favorite part of the day is when she comes running at 3 o'clock!!

Busy Day!!!

Since Kenzie starts preschool Monday at OUR school (Oak Elementary), we decided to spend her last official Saturday of summer vacation with friends and family! We met her "boyfriend" Ethan and his mom Kim at the new Shelby Farms playground. That place is AMAZING!!! Katie, next time you're in town, we'll take you!

Since the ducks were MIA, they fed the fish...

Then we had lunch with Uncle Van, Aunt Kristin, Karis, Nana, and Pop and spent some time at Karis' house.

Caden LOVES to play with Karis!! She's not really sure about him yet. HA!
